Returns & Exchanges

At Supersox, we want your feet to stay happy; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Sox

  Place the unwashed and unworn socks in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene seals are still in place.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
